What was the total allocated recruitment budget for this period?
The total Recruitment budget for 2021 to 2022 was £1,958,000. This figure includes the staff salary costs for the Recruitment Team.
What were the total recruitment advertising costs with all job boards and external agencies for this period (not including temporary agency staff)?
For the 2021 to 2022 period, we can isolate and identify a spend of £81,762 on Recruitment advertising.
We cannot isolate, and detail, all advertising spend:
We cannot separate out our use of 'Civil Service Jobs' as our primary Job Board, as it is part of a wider arrangement which gives us access through our Applicant Tracking System.
We cannot identify and isolate the costs of supplementary advertising that individual business areas may choose to invest in.
What were the total costs for all of your temporary agency staff for the above period?
Our expenditure on temporary agency workers during the 2021 to 2022 period was £6,633,000.
