I wish to raise a request for data and statistics for all railway undertakings, operators, maintainers, depots, etc in relation to safety.
I would like this to cover the last 12 months.
I would like a breakdown of safety breaches, such as fatalities, signal passed at danger, dispatch irregularities, infrastructure defects, assaults (staff and passenger), revenue disputes, failure to cancel safety systems, unit faults, etc.
