ONS calculates fuel price inflation using a dataset sent to us by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ). Unfortunately, the dataset we receive is not broken down by region or local authority area, so we can't provide you with the information you requested. However it may be that DESNZ are able to assist you further. They can be contacted via foi.requests@energysecurity.gov.uk.
