Please can you provide (or have you provided before) a breakdown of the latest available government expenditure across the UK broken down by local authority areas or regions?

Unfortunately, we do not hold expenditure figures by local authority areas.
However, we do publish estimates for public sector expenditure at a regional level as part of the Country and Regional Public Sector Finances publication. The latest available data covers the financial year ending in 2020.
