FOI reference: FOI-2026-3766

You asked

For the five-year period from 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2026, please provide the number of employees whose probationary period, including any extensions, lasted:

  1. At least 12 months but less than 15 months;

  2. At least 15 months but less than 18 months; and

  3. 18 months or longer.

I am requesting aggregate numbers only. I am not requesting individual employee information, case files, names, correspondence, or a manual review of individual records.

A single total for each category covering the entire five-year period is sufficient; a year-by-year breakdown is not required.

If there were no cases in a category, please record the figure as zero.
