Can you please send me the following index (C2314 EW68) for the past 2 years from today's current month?
The Office for National Statistics hold the Price Index (C2314 EW68) which I'm trying to get hold of, the previous Index was K38B however I have been told that the K38B has been replaced with C2314 EW68.

You are correct in stating that we no longer produce the index K38B - Other Transport Equipment. This is due to methodological changes. The following articles provide details of the methodological changes in the PPI so you can understand how these changes impact you:

Regarding a suitable replacement, EW68 -- Glass fibres for domestic market, relates to a different statistical classification of products by activity (CPA). Therefore, this is not a suitable replacement for K38B.
Instead, an index which you may find as a suitable replacement for K38B that you may like to consider is G72N - Other Transport Equipment for Domestic Market (CPA C30).
However, if you are interested in using an index related to glass fibres then you may like to consider using a parent index of EW68 which is G6SY - Other Non-Metallic Mineral Products for Domestic Market. EW68 is included within G6SY, amongst other series. EW68 is not currently published but will be made available in our next release on 19 October so you will be able to find this within the time series explorer if you wish to use it.
To provide a bit more context, below I have listed what the indices G72N and EW68 comprise:
