Please supply information on the incidence and prevalence of emphysema in the UK, the cost burden on the NHS, what demographic groups are most effected.

Unfortunately, we do not hold data or information on the prevalence and incidence of emphysema, or the cost to the NHS. This enquiry would be better placed with NHS Digital.
