Population data for NR1 to NR35; PE30 to PE38; IP25 to IP26 postcodes

I need population data for NR1-NR35; PE30-PE38; IP25-IP26 postcodes.

Can we please subdivide the adult population in 1 year age bands till 20 and then 5-year age bands please?

We do not hold the requested information, as these statistics would need to be created from record-level data. We do not routinely create and publish postcode-level statistics by age, as statistics produced at this granular level poses a high risk that individuals could be identified.

However, we can look into the feasibility of creating the requested information, or something similar, through our commissioned tables service. Please note that any table commissioned will have to pass our strict statistical disclosure control process to ensure there is no risk of disclosure of personal information in the table. Because of the level of geography and age breakdowns you are looking for, it is likely that we will need to produce the statistics for larger geographical areas or wider age bands than those requested. In case it is helpful, the associated download P001: Number of usual residents by postcode by sex, provides the number of usual residents by sex for the postcodes mentioned. This dataset has been downloaded from the Nomis website. Nomis is run by Durham University on behalf of the ONS. Please note, because of the above mentioned disclosure restrictions, it is not possible to obtain data broken down by age at the postcode level from this service.
