I would like to know the number of personal pensions that have a market value of over £10m.

The pensions wealth estimates we provide are based on data from the Wealth and Assets Survey (WAS), most recently published for the period April 2020 to March 2022 and cover Great Britain. While survey data is available, the requested breakdown would need to be produced as a bespoke analysis requiring specialist statistical skill and is likely to be chargeable in line with our charging policy.
As this information is reasonably accessible via another route, even if only accessible on payment, Section 21(2)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) applies.
