Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) in the Civil Service by ethnicity

You asked

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information:

  1. The number of times since 1 January 2021 that a Person of Colour (PoC) has been placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) within the Civil Service.

  2. The number of times in the same period that a non-PoC individual has been placed on a PIP.

If possible, I would appreciate the data being broken down by year and department, and if available, by ethnicity categories used in Civil Service HR records.

Please provide the information in an accessible format, preferably as a spreadsheet or CSV file.
