Data and Assumptions
The 2021 Annual Civil Service Employment Survey (ACSES) submission has been used to compile this response, which includes individuals employed on 31 March 2021.
Population groups with five or less people have been suppressed to reduce the risk of disclosing personal information.
8 Years or less in grade includes individuals who became Grade 7 National/London on or after 31 March 2013 and are currently in a National pay scale and have also been continuously employed by the UK Statistics Authority, Office for National Statistics and Office for Statistics Regulation.
31 years' service or less is for individuals who joined the UK Statistics Authority, Office for National Statistics and Office for Statistics Regulation, or their predecessors, on or after 31 March 1990.
Figures are presented as Full Time Equivalents (FTE) as requested.
