You asked

Please send me the documents outlining the policy for publishing documents without dates on the ONS and UKSA website. For example:

We said

There are no documents related to this request. However, it may be useful to be aware that the example provided is from the old ONS website. This is archived for reference, but not actively updated. On the current website, the vast majority of content is published as HTML which will include publication dates in the metadata. This information will also appear on the PDF version that is automatically generated as part of the publishing process. For the very few exceptions where content is uploaded as PDF only on this website, the page on which it is published should either have a 'Released' or 'Last revised' date.

Due to the very low number of instances where a PDF is the only format of content that we publish and the wide range of content that they would include, there is no standard template for PDF documents. As a safety net, we will now add checks, to ensure dates are included, to our pre-publication review process.
