ONS pay settlements for 2023/24 and 2024/25

I would like to request the two most recent pay settlements accepted by employees of your department. Please provide all pay grades and their respective salary bands, for 23/24 and 24/25.

In response: 

2024/25 settlement

Our implemented 2024/25 pay settlement provided the following: 

• A 6.3% pay increase for our Interviewer and AO colleagues 

• A 5.0% pay increase for our EO to Grade 6 colleagues 

Details of the pay ranges are provided in the attached spreadsheet.

2023/24 settlement

Our implemented 2023/24 pay settlement provided the following: 

• Pay increases for our Interviewer colleagues of 9.6% for our Telephone Operations Interviewers, 7.05% for our Field and International Passenger Survey Interviewers and 6.5% for our International Passenger Survey Team Leaders 

• A 7.05% for our AO colleagues 

• A 4.5% increase for our EO to Grade 6 colleagues
