1. This information constitutes personal data and is therefore exempt under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).
2. Office for National Statistics (ONS) procures Car Hire Insurance. Policies due for renewal June 2022.
The authority also procures through a broker for insurance relating to TUPE. Insurances: Group life cover, Group income protection, private medical cover and personal accident & travel. Policies to be renewed October 2022.
3. The contract for ONS' car hire insurance has a maximum value of £11,237.00.
TUPE Contract October 2021 – October 2022:
- Group Life & Income: £7266.7
- Private Medical: £31,168.20
- Personal Accident and Travel: £980
4. ONS' Car Hire Insurance broker is Marsh Commercial.
TUPE insurance broker is Aon.
5. Car Hire: May 2021.
TUPE: November 2019
6. Car Hire: May 2022 – No there is no extension options. Insurance ends May 2022.
