You asked

Are there any actual figures and/or any estimates of the number of people in the United Kingdom who have reached voting age since the date of the Brexit referendum? If so, are they divided up in any way?

Thank you for your request.

We publish mid-year population estimates by single year of age. The number of 18 year olds in the UK, for the period 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017 (our latest published data), was 765,845. This is taken from the mid-2017 estimates of the population for the UK, England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. This can be further broken down in males – 393,380 and females 372,465. The mid-2018 population estimates are due for publishing at the end of June 2019.

Please note that to qualify to vote in a parliamentary election the person would need to be a British, Irish or qualifying Commonwealth citizen so not all the 18 year olds estimated above would be eligible to vote.
