I would like to make a freedom of Information Request regarding the number of deaths for which Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) or Myalgic Encephalitis (ME) were recorded as a cause on the death certificate in the UK for the year 2021.
Ideally I would like to know how many times it was recorded as the primary cause of death on death certificates, and separately how many times it was recorded as a contributing factor in the death certificate.

We have not produced analysis showing deaths due to and involving chronic fatigue syndrome or myalgic encephalomyelitis. Therefore, it would need to be created as a custom output via our bespoke services.
