Number of claimants for NHS employment tribunals

You asked

During 2020 what were the figures for the claimants who took the NHS to employment tribunal which included the words disability discrimination against the respondent for NHS in England. Including all NHS trusts and organisations.

  1. Number of claimants which included cases of disability discrimination in their employment case which went to full tribunal and was not dismissed.
  2. Number of claimants which included the words disability discrimination which were "dismissed following a withdrawal of the claim by the claimant (after the preliminary hearing had been heard).
  3. Dates 2019 and 2020
