You asked
I would like to request for 2008 to 2023 crime data implied as a calculated sum or stored data in reference to: Not recorded crime and no crime "decisions" (include separately in no crime decisions number of rationales filed/recorded) compared to funding amount sum of all force areas total and per force area funding amount. Please show workings on an sumations or formulas used. In case no data is available to determine "Not recorded" crime please use best judgement from the number of phone calls to police as quantifying a crime report due to police corruption in dismissing crimes ie due to (police personal ideological opinions).

Thank you for your enquiry.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide the information requested, as we do not hold data on offences not recorded by the police, the volume of phone calls received by police forces, or funding received by police forces.
We do hold information on transferred or cancelled records by police forces in England and Wales (previously referred to as "no crimes") and this is published in Table UG14 of our "User guide to crime statistics in England and Wales" tables, which are available here.
We do not, however, hold this information at police force area level; this is published by the Home Office in their "Transferred or cancelled crime open data" releases, available here. If you have any questions about these data, the Home Office's crime statistics team can be contacted at crimeandpolicestats@homeoffice.gov.uk.
If you have any other crime-related queries in the future, you can email crimestatistics@ons.gov.uk.
