Please could you provide me with the mortality numbers for Colchester and Tendring for the last 5 full years (2013 – 2017). I would like this broken down by year, gender of deceased and age at death in single years.

We do not hold the number of deaths by single year of age and sex for specific lower super output areas, however this is available by 5-year age group for 2013-2016 from our explorable dataset:

2017 data is due to be published in October (provisional).
There are a number of ad-hoc tables available on our website which cover parts of your request, however please note that each tables uses the most recent versions of the National statistics postcode lookup (NSPL) available at the time of publication and therefore geographical boundaries of areas may differ between tables.
