Can you provide mortality data by ethnicity disaggregated for the white ethnic group?

Our most recent publication looks at Mortality from leading causes of death by ethnic group, England and Wales which looks at data from 2012 to 2019.
We have also produced a user requested dataset looking at deaths by ethnicity by place of death and age for regions in England.
ONS have not produced further analysis of deaths by ethnicity. Ethnicity is not recorded on the death certificate and therefore we need to link mortality data with self-reported ethnicity using Census data.
If this does not meet your needs, we may be able produce this as a user requested dataset.
Special extracts and tabulations of mortality data for England and Wales are available to order (subject to legal frameworks, disclosure control, resources and agreements of costs, where appropriate).
