We're specifically looking for monthly Coronary Heart Disease mortality data by local authorities for as long as data is available.
To be specific what we require is:
- Coronary Heart Disease Mortality Data (previously provided as Under-75-CHD mortality on fingertips)
- Month by Month for as far back as data is available
- Organised by local authority
- Age-standardised
- Presented in cases per 100,000
- Anonymous data (No PII as noted from your previous reports)
