Please provide data for migration into Hartcliffe and St Pauls for the last 50 years.

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request.
We interpret your request as asking for international migration figures. Hartcliffe and Withywood is an electoral ward in the City of Bristol. There is an area of Bristol called "St Paul's" which is part of Ashley electoral ward. We understand data for this area of Bristol are requested rather than for one of the other areas called St Paul’s in an alternative local authority.
Unfortunately, we do not hold the requested information in a recorded form. To fulfil this request, we would need to create new information, which we are not obliged to do under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). For further context, "Hartcliffe" and "St Paul’s" are not distinct geographies (electoral ward or parish) and extracting the required data for these areas for the last 50 years would require the scoping, creation and validation of a new methodology along with creation and quality assurance of a new output dataset for the available years.
However, our Census 2021 migrant indicator tool may be of interest, as it includes migration data for Hartcliffe and Withywood ward from inside and outside the UK.
