I would like the statistics on migrants charged with murder, attempted murder, rape and attempted rape on UK citizens from 2020 to now December 2023.

Unfortunately, we do not hold statistics on those charged with murder, attempted murder, rape and attempted rape on UK citizens.
We produce an annual Homicide in England and Wales article and Appendix tables, however we hold no data on immigration status of victims or suspects.
The data in the homicide appendix tables originates from the Homicide Index which is held by the Home Office. The Home Office may be able to help you further and can be contacted at CrimeandPoliceStats@homeoffice.gov.uk.
The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) may also be able to assist you as they are primarily responsible for collating data on offenders. They publish Statistics each quarter which may be of help. Should you need additional assistance or have any queries regarding their data, they can be contacted via ESD@justice.gov.uk.
