You asked
Please could you provide me with the national yearly statistics on the mental health of Muslims? Please include rates of depression, anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Also the number of young adults, children and elderly attending the NHS with a psychiatric condition and receiving treatment for these conditions.

Thank you for your enquiry.
We do not hold data on numbers of NHS patients or their treatment. You may be able to get this information from NHS Digital.
The Adult Psychiatric Morbidity Survey (https://digital.nhs.uk/data-and-information/publications/statistical/adult-psychiatric-morbidity-survey/adult-psychiatric-morbidity-survey-survey-of-mental-health-and-wellbeing-england-2014) and study of Mental Health of Children and Young People in England (https://digital.nhs.uk/data-and-information/publications/statistical/mental-health-of-children-and-young-people-in-england) both published by NHS Digital contain a wide range of data about mental health in the population. These contain some tables by broad ethnic group but not religion: however NHS Digital should be able to advise you whether any more detailed breakdowns are available.
