I'd like to submit a FOI request relating to the ongoing COVID. If possible, could you please provide a Median and Mean age of death (for England and Wales) for those deaths registered and attributed to or with COVID. Could you please also articulate which of these deaths occurred with a minimum of one existing condition / morbidity and which deaths, be age group, had no existing conditions.

Mean and Median age of COVID-19 deaths
Please find attached a link to the latest publication detailing average age of death (median and mean) for deaths due to or involving COVID-19. This provides a monthly breakdown from March 2020 to April 2021.
COVID-19 Deaths by pre-existing condition
We have published Pre-existing conditions of people who died due to COVID-19, England and Wales - Office for National Statistics which provides deaths from January 2020 to December 2020 by two age groups in the dataset in table 2. This is the latest data available.
