I would like to request Census 2021 data for England and Wales regarding Romanian-born residents who are married or cohabiting.
If available, please provide:
The number of Romanian-born adults living with a non-Romanian partner
A breakdown by the partner's country of birth
Preferably grouped into:
Romania-born partner
UK-born partner
Other foreign-born partner
If country-of-birth data for partners is unavailable, a breakdown by partner ethnicity would also be helpful.

We have not previously produced the data you have requested within the standard outputs from the 2021 Census. However, you can obtain this information as a bespoke commissioned table.
We are able to provide three relationship tables that analyse the characteristics of Person A and Person B within a couple. These tables would cover opposite-sex couples, female same-sex couples, and male same-sex couples.
Please note that commissioned tables are a chargeable service. Further information, including details on how to submit a request, is available via the following link.
