Alternatively, please supply a list of postcodes for properties with mains sewage connections.

As the water regulator for England and Wales, Ofwat holds information on sewerage services areas. The geographical area data can be found here: Constituency information: Water companies (parliament.uk).
Alternatively, the Environment Agency is England's executive non-departmental public body for environmental protection and enhancement.
