Please supply the following information for each of the following periods; 2018-19, 2019-20 and 2020-21:

• The total number of cases of losses in each year.

• The total cost of losses in each year.

A: We did not record any losses during the 3 years 2018/19 to 2020/21.

Q2: The total cost of losses in each year.

A: N/A

Q3: An itemisation of each loss including what it was for and how much it cost.

A: N/A

Q4 and 5: The total number of special payments in each year, and the total value of special payments in each year.

Q6: An itemisation of each special payment including what it was for and how much it cost.

A: All special payments recorded in the period relate to ex-gratia claims paid to members of staff for loss or damage incurred whilst on official business. An itemisation of these payments can be found in the table below:
