Please provide information for long lasting conditions for the period between 2010 to 2015.
A report was published in March 2020 and I am looking for data similar to this for the period above.

The following publication referenced in you request, People with long-term health conditions in the UK, 2019, was produced as an ad-hoc bespoke dataset.
We do not currently hold the requested analysis pertaining to people with long-term health conditions in the UK 2010-2015. However, this can be obtained from the Data Advice & Relations Team of ONS Social Services division. This team provides an ad hoc analysis service and tabulations of Labour force (LFS) and Annual Population Survey (APS) data, both of which contain question variables relating to people with long-term health conditions.
This service is subject to legal frameworks, disclosure control, resources and agreements of costs, where appropriate.
