Thank you for your request.
During the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we produced our Mapping loneliness during the coronavirus pandemic article. This is the only information we hold on loneliness by London Borough.
We do include a measure on wellbeing and loneliness in our Opinions and Lifestyle Survey (OPN) survey outputs. However, to produce borough-level analysis from this source, we would need to pool multiple waves of data and apply complex statistical techniques. This would require the creation of new information involving a high level of skill and judgement involving data processing, weighting, and small area estimation and, under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, public authorities are not obliged to create information to respond to requests.
The Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) may be able to assist further, as they produce statistics on loneliness and support networks.
You may wish to contact individual local authorities in London, which may have conducted similar analyses.
