You asked

I'd like to make a Freedom of Information request for the following information concerning live births in England and Wales in 2025:

1) For January to March 2025, combined for all ethnic groups, all IMD deciles, all ages of mother, all gestational ages: The total number of live births and the the total number of stillbirths. 

2) For January to March 2025, combined for all ethnic groups, all IMD deciles, all ages of mother, for gestational ages >37 weeks: The total number of live births and the the total number of stillbirths.

Provisional data for Q1 2025 (January to March) was published on the 4 July 2025. In this period there were 135,559 live births in England and 6,399 in Wales, totalling 141,958 live births across England and Wales. For stillbirths in this period, there were 516 in England and 22 for Wales, totalling 538 for England and Wales. 

Filtering for a gestational age of 37 weeks and over (inclusive of 37 weeks), live births totalled 124,685 in England and 5,873 for Wales, or 130,558 for England and Wales combined. For stillbirths at 37 weeks and over, there were 115 in England and 7 in Wales, totalling 122 in England and Wales. 

Your request specifies > 37 weeks (i.e. not inclusive of 37 weeks), so we have calculated this gestational range as a bespoke request. Provisionally, from January to March 2025 there were 111,981 live births in England, and 5,315 live births in Wales, totalling 117,296 across England and Wales. Using the same time period and gestation range, there were 86 stillbirths in England, and 6 stillbirths in Wales, totalling 92 stillbirths in England and Wales.
