We publish live births by single year of age of mother for England and Wales in table 3 of Births by parents' characteristics publication. The latest data available is for 2016 and we will publish 2017 figures in December this year;

We do not however publish the number of live births by age of mother for England and broken down by region. You can request this data for specific years as an-adhoc.
