I would like to know the number of live birth registrations in England and Wales by month for the period 2015 to 2022.

Annual live births are published as part of our Births in England and Wales: summary tables. Live births data for 2022 is scheduled for publishing in July 2023.
We also have the following user requested datasets, which provide births for some of the years of interest by month:
Live births by month of occurrence and sex of baby, England and Wales, 2012 to 2020
Live births by month of occurrence and local authority, Wales: January 2011 to March 2021
Further analysis can be requested via our bespoke services route. Special extracts and tabulations of birth registration data are available to order from the Health Analysis and Pandemic Insight (HAPI) Customer Services team. These services are subject to disclosure control, legal frameworks, resources, and agreement to costs under the ONS Charging Policy.
