Can you list empty 3 or 4 bed houses and duration of emptiness in Hertfordshire.

Using Census 2021 data, we have published the number of vacant homes by local authority district by number of bedrooms (see table 3). This can give you information about the total number of houses which 3 or 4 bedrooms for each of the local authorities that make up Hertfordshire.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an address list of 3 or 4 bed houses in Hertfordshire as this is identifiable information. Section 39 of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007 (SRSA) renders it a criminal offence to disclose information held by the Statistics Board (ONS) for statistical purposes that would identify an individual. This includes properties owned by individuals. As disclosure is prohibited by another enactment, s.44 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) applies.
