You asked

Is there a way I can obtain a list of all the UK job titles in all industries?

We said

Thank you for your query requesting a list of UK job titles in all industries. The Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) is used to classify occupational information in the UK. Jobs are classified in terms of their skill level and skill content. The latest version is SOC 2020. ONS publish a comprehensive Coding Index which shows job titles and their corresponding SOC codes. Guidance on how to use and interpret this index is given in SOC 2020 Volume 2.

Industry is classified using a different classification, the UK Standard Industrial Classification of Economic Activities (UK SIC). The latest version is UK SIC 2007. UK SIC classifies businesses according to their main economic activity.

As occupation and industry are classified using different classification frameworks, based on different underlying units of classifications, a coding index mapping job titles to UK SIC is not something that is produced or held by ONS. We advise that this is not feasible due to their different methodologies.
