As this information is already available to you via this route, we consider that s.21(1) applies to this request and the information does not have to be supplied under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. S.21(1) is an absolute exemption and no consideration of the public interest test needs to be applied.
Unfortunately we are not able to provide you with the names of individual organisations as this is personal information. Under s.39 of the Statistics and Registration Act 2007, personal information held by us (including that which identifies a body corporate), must not be disclosed. Because the release of this information is prohibited by law, s.44 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 applies.
