As your request has asked for all emails sent between UK Statistics Authority (UKSA) colleagues in relation psychological safety, the practicality of answering this request would involve searches of every UKSA staff members' mailbox to locate, extract, and collate the information requested. The cost limit for FOI requests is £600, equating to 24 hours work for one person, regardless of grade. We anticipate actioning your request would greatly exceed this limit. Therefore, Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) applies.
We can confirm that a copy of the Labyrinth report has been provided to the Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee (PACAC) and they will be publishing this in due course.
