The estimated number of vacancies in the UK in May to July 2024 was 884,000. More information can be found in Vacancies and jobs in the UK: August 2024 and the accompanying data tables.
Estimates of vacancies are obtained from the Vacancy Survey, a survey of employers which are classified as accredited official statistics. We also publish Online job advert estimates, which are sourced from Adzuna and are classified as official statistics in development.
