I would like to know how many total relationships involving Indian male and White British female. Number of total such relationships in the United Kingdom and also by each local authority.
I would also like to know how many total relationships involving white non-British female and Indian male in the United Kingdom and numbers in each local authority.

We do not hold the requested analysis, and do not currently have plans to produce Census analysis on inter-ethnic relationships. Details of our analysis plans are available here.
In November 2022 we released the ethnic group topic summary, in section 5 you can find information on ethnic group composition within households. Accompanying this release was a dataset relating to multiple ethnic groups in households. This dataset provides Census 2021 estimates that classify households in England and Wales by the diversity in ethnic group of household members in different relationships. These relationships include "ethnic groups differ within partnerships".
As the data you have requested is not available in either the ready-made multivariate datasets or using the create a custom dataset tool, you may be able to commission a table to your own specifications.
