Under the Freedom of Information Act (2000) I would like to request the following information:

​The cost limit for replying to a Freedom of Information request is £600 or 24 hours of work. If we were to fully comply with your request, we would greatly exceed this limit. For us to complete this request we would need to retrieve information of all primary software systems used across the entire organisation. The scope here would need to be reduced to uniquely identified areas rather than all 'Business Specific' systems. Furthermore, the software enterprise agreement for ONS is so large that it would significantly exceed to cost limit to list the detail that has been requested. Even at a high level, without any granular analysis, there are in excess of 100 contracts and agreements in place and each would take around an hour to review to be able to respond to this request. In order to reduce the scope of your request, we require this request to be a lot more specific about the systems contracts you wish to obtain data for.
