Thank you for your request. Please find all documents within scope of the request.

Some information has been withheld because it is out of scope of the request. Some information has been withheld under the following exemptions within the Freedom of Information Act 2000:

s.36(2)(ii) has been applied to withhold information that would, or would likely, inhibit the free and frank exchange of views for the purposes of deliberation. The use of this exemption is subject to a public interest test. The main arguments in favour of disclosure are transparency and public accountability. In favour of withholding are ensuring we are able to complete our FoI functions effectively with the ability to have free and open discussion with government departments; and ensuring the opinions we receive are frank and honest and will not impact the quality of future FoI responses.

s.40(2) has been applied to withhold all personal information.
