I should be grateful if you would provide the numbers of unexpected infant deaths by region for each of the years 2004 to 2015 and also the numbers of live births and also the numbers of stillbirths and infant deaths by region for each of the years 2004 to 2015.

The figures for unexplained deaths in infancy by region 2004 to 2015 can be found in Table 4
The figures for aggregated unexplained infant mortality rates by region can be found in Table 7 of unexpected deaths in infancy
The numbers of live births, stillbirths and infant deaths (based on the year the death occurred in) by region in England and Wales are available in:

The figures for the number of unexpected infant deaths by region can be obtained from the customer services team of the Vital Statistics Outputs Branch. Special extracts and tabulations of mortality data for England and Wales are available to order (subject to legal frameworks, disclosure control, resources and agreements of costs, where appropriate).
