Can you please provide just the total number of infant deaths and live births in Chingford Green, for as far back as they are available? I am not requesting any personal information, just the number, so this would not make it possible to identify an individual from this data?

We can a create a table of the total number of infant deaths and total number of live births in Chingford Green, based on all death registrations we have available, up to and including deaths registered in 2020 as a bespoke request.
Special extracts and tabulations of mortality data for England and Wales are available to order (subject to legal frameworks, disclosure control, resources and agreements of costs, where appropriate).
Such enquiries would fall outside of the Freedom of Information regime and should be made to: Health.Data@ons.gov.uk.
As this information is already available to you via this route ONS considers that S21(1) applies to this request and the information does not have to be supplied under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act. S21(1) is an absolute exemption, and no consideration of the public interest test needs to be applied.
