I'm interested in infant death rates in my area (total deaths and live births). Data on the ONS website only goes down to the level of my borough, Waltham Forest. Can you provide more detailed statistics for the Chingford Green area, for as far back as they are available?

Table 3 of the infant mortality tables show infant mortality figures for Waltham Forest on row 260.
Unfortunately, we are unable to disclose any further disaggregation of this data due to the small numbers involved, as this would be considered personal information. Section 39 of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007 (SRSA) renders it a criminal offence to disclose information held by the Statistics Board for statistical purposes that would identify an individual or a body corporate. As we are prohibited by law from publishing statistics in which individual businesses or persons can be identified, we find that Section 44 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) applies.
