How many times has the UK Statistics Authority been defrauded in each of the last five financial years (including the current year to 05/01/2018)? Please state the number of incidents, if any as well as the amount of money lost in each case, and a log (redacted where necessary) describing what happened in each incident.

The UK Statistics Authority operates with a Fraud, Bribery and Corruption policy. Allegations of fraud are submitted to and reviewed by the Departmental Fraud Officer. Since 1 April 2013 there have been no material allegations of fraud and no convictions for fraud within the Authority. Further information relating to the UK Statistics Authority's approach to fraud can be found in the published Annual Report and Accounts for the financial years in question.
