Housing transactional data

I am looking for some England and Wales housing transactional data by month since January 2015.

I am specifically interested in the breakdown of residential property purchases by buyer type:

However, we do not have any data that provides information specifically on the number of property transactions for owner occupiers, professional UK investors and companies, or overseas investors and companies. The Land Registry publishes some Additional Price Paid Data which includes records (marked as 'B' in the data) of property transactions by 'non-private individuals', such as companies, but these data do not differentiate between investors, companies and overseas purchases.
