I would like to know the number of hate crimes reported against transgender individuals from January 2010 to the present (November 2019), broken down by year. I would also like to know how many of these reports led to a charge and how many led to a conviction.

Statistics on the number of hate crimes are published by the Home Office in the annual report Hate Crime, England and Wales. The reports and accompanying appendix tables give statistics on the number of reported hate crimes against transgender individuals recorded by the police. Data are available from the year ending March 2012 to the year ending March 2019.
