We said

Thank you for your freedom of information request.

The data you have requested unfortunately is not held. Gender identity was not collected in the 2011 Census. It was asked for the first time in Census 2021.

General health is available from the 2011 Census, but only for five categories; not for eight categories as you requested. This can be requested as bespoke analysis.

Commissioned tables/ad hoc requests are additional datasets that have not been included in ONS's standard publications and are created in response to customer requests. The person or organisation requesting an ad hoc table is charged for the service and, once the tables are created, they are published for all to use under Open Government Licence.

Should you still wish to proceed with a commissioned table (e.g. general health for your chosen age categories) you will need to complete a commissioned tables order form. Please see the page linked to download a copy of the order form which also details the scale of charges for this service.

On receipt of your completed order form, you will be added to the waiting list. Please note that any table commissioned will have to pass our strict statistical disclosure control process to ensure there is no risk of disclosure of personal information in the table.

Please see the page linked above to download a copy of the order form which details the scale of charges for this service.
