Can you please send me the contract - with commercial rates removed if you wish - that was the basis of the event 9 March 2023 at the Royal Statistical Society, and would cover such details as recording, catering and so forth?

The Operational Event Schedule, which is the closest document we have to a contract for the Future of Economic Statistics event held on 9 March 2023, is provided in the associated download named "Future of Economic Statistics Operational Event Schedule March 2023". This document contains details of catering, microphones and furniture plus the event hire terms and conditions.
As per your request, commercial rates in this schedule have been redacted. Personal data has also been redacted under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).
On page 2 of the booking form there is reference to a radio microphone, sound system and tie microphone. An Audio-Visual technician provided by the Royal Society was hired to set up and monitor the presentation, microphones and audio projecting in the room only. We can confirm that no recording was made of the event.
