4) UK employment figures between 2000 - present.
5) Estimated tonnage of food waste broken down by sector e.g. household waste.
6) Average Kg of waste produced annually per person.
7) Cost (£) of disposing of food waste for local authorities annually.
8) Annual spending by local authorities on supplying their households external recycling bins broken down by councils.

With regards to question 2 the United Kingdom population mid-year estimates time series contains data up to mid-2016 which is the latest available and shows the growth in the population.
